Uploaded the included files to the following folders

  2. Copy channel_polls module folder to your /system/expressionengine/third_party/ folder.
  3. Copy the channel_polls themes folder to your /themes/third_party/ folder.

Install the Add-On

  1. Visit the Modules page and click on Install
  2. Choose Install on both the Fieldtype and Module
