in this tag {exp:hits:item_stats} we have ‘day’, ‘month’, ‘year’ parameters - but how do i get totals for one entry?

“year” parameter takes care of 365 days or it counts from the start of the current year ?

Thanks for releasing Hits—it’s become very useful on one of our sites. That said, I’d like to second this request. Right now we use hits:year, but in a few months that’s going to essentially show all our entries as reset to 0.

So what are you asking for?

Hi Brad,

I love your products! I use half of them on my new community.
This module “Hits” is great but why haven’t you created a function to count ALL views without a time period like requested above? Is it a big hustle? If it is I understand and will not ask about this again. For me it’s essential and I would guess it is for many others.

I use it to count the amount of hits a users blog posts have. It wouldn’t be popular if it’s recet to ZERO when 2012 starts.

I really hope you can make this happened.

are you still working on this? I just bought Hits and I was surprised it cannot show the total hits.
