Smart Switch 2.0
Extensions
Smart Switch allows full access to your ExpressionEngine website even if the website is switched off. This allows modules that use ExpressionEngine's built in action (ACT) urls to still work. This makes life easier when developing a website that is shut off.
Smart Switch works by allowing you to add your IP address to an exclusion list that bypasses the ExpressionEngine off switch. If you are using DevDemon's Channel Images or Channel Files this allows administrators to still upload while the website is shut off.

Uploaded the included files to the following folders
- Copy smart_switch extension folder to your /system/expressionengine/third_party/ folder.
Install the Add-On
- Visit the Extension page and click on Install
- Choose Install on the Extension
